1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2023/2673), EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. 2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact us at info@athenart.gr within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
4. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
For valid withdrawals under EU law, refunds include the item value and standard outbound delivery costs. For refused or uncollected parcels (where no formal withdrawal was made), return shipping and any associated fees may be deducted from the refund.
6. Exchanges We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You may choose another item of equal or higher value (paying the difference), or receive store credit with no time limit. Contact us at athenarteshop@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.
7. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Non-Returnable Items Custom or personalized jewelry pieces are non-returnable unless defective. For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return if worn or removed from protective packaging.
