At Athenart, every piece is handmade with care in our studio in Athens, Greece.
We ship worldwide and offer different delivery options depending on your destination.
Production Time
Each Athenart piece is handcrafted to order and requires time to be carefully prepared before shipment.
Production time is typically 3–10 business days.
If your selected piece is in stock, it will usually be shipped within 3–5 business days.
If it is not in stock, additional time may be required to complete production.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to advise you on exact timing.
Shipping Within Greece
All orders within Greece are shipped via courier service.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on destination and product availability.

- €8 shipping fee for orders under €200 with Box now
- €18 shipping fee for orders under €300 with Elta Courier
- Free Shipping fee on orders over €301 with Elta Courier
- For Box Now option : We will ship your order to the nearest available pickup locker closest to your address. unless you writethe adress of your preffered one in a note when checkout or via email.
Shipping Within the European Union
We ship to all EU countries via DHL Express or standard tracked shipping.

- Standard shipping with tracking: €18 on orders up to 300
- Optional shipping insurance is available at an additional cost.
All deliveries within the European Union are shipped with VAT included and are not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.
Refused or Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is refused, not collected, or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, all shipping costs (both outbound and return) are non-refundable.
Shipping Within Europe (Non-EU Countries)
For European destinations outside the European Union:

Refused or Undeliverable Parcels

- Free standard shipping with Greek Post Office (tracking included) for orders over €401
Optional shipping insurance is available at an additional cost.
Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)
Good news, all U.S. orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
This means all duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout, and there are no additional fees upon delivery.
Refused or Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is refused, not collected, or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, all shipping costs (both outbound and return), as well as any import or export duties, taxes, and customs fees, are non-refundable.

For all destinations outside Greece, the European Union
