We can ship to virtually any address in almost all the world.
When you place an order, you ll see some options for Shipping, choose yours.
We need 3-10 days to create your handmade jewelry piece you have chosen:-)
If it is in stock it will be shipped the next 3-5 working days otherwise we need more time!
( If you are in rush please contact with us and we will inform you exactly the time we need to create your order)
Μεταφορικά: Στην Ελλάδα όλες οι παραγγελίες στέλνονται με courier & παραδίδονται μέσα σε 3-5 εργάσιμες μέρες ανάλογα με τη διαθεσιμότητα.
( Kάποια προιόντα μπορεί να θέλουν παραπάνω μέρες για να δημιουργηθούν)

- For Greece : delivered the next 3-5 working days from the day that your order will be created depending from the city.
Eπιστροφές και αλλαγές στην Ελλαδα
Εχετε δικαίωμα να επιστρέψετε η να αλλάξετε το προιόν που αγοράσατε μέσα σε 14 μέρες από την ώρα που το παραλάβατε. Πρέπει να είναι στην αρχική του κατάσταση & μέσα στο κουτί του. Τα μεταφορικά της επιστροφής ειναι δικά σας εκτός απο την περίπτωση που θέλετε να κάνετε αλλαγή.
For European Union
The shipping charges incl. VAT for delivery within the European Union and are:
- EUR 100 on orders within the EU with DHL.
- EUR 20 on orders within the EU with tracking number
Free Wolrdwide Shipping with post office & tracking number for orders over 250 euros for Europe (except Greece)

"Original shipping fees are non-refundable & We will refund your money minus the return fee of EUR 30 to the credit card or Paypal account from with which your purchase was made."

“Return/Exchange of order number xxxxxxxxx” (insert your order number which can be found on your Order Confirmation).
- Delivery within the EU is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a NON EU country, you might be asked to pay further duties at customs’ controls. We have no control over possible additional charges or inspections.
U.S. Shipping & Returns and rest of the world (Update)
Due to recent customs regulations, we no longer ship to the United States via the Greek Post (ELTA). All U.S. orders are shipped with DHL Express only.
For the rest of the world shipping with post office with tracking number up to 300 euros is 20euros, over 300euros is free
Duties & taxes: U.S. orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). Import duties, taxes, and any brokerage fees are assessed by U.S. Customs/DHL and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns from the U.S.: If you choose to return an item, return shipping must be arranged and paid by you via courier (e.g., DHL/UPS/FedEx).
Refused/undeliverable parcels: If you refuse the parcel or do not pay the duties/taxes and it returns to us, we will not refund the cost of shipping in either direction (outbound and return). Any product refund (if applicable) will be processed only after the piece arrives back to us in unused condition.
